Returns & Exchanges Policy

GUNTER WEAR INC wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Returned within 14 days of delivery
• Unused, unworn, and in original condition
• In original packaging with all tags attached

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)
• Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer
• Items returned after the allowed return period

3. Return Process

4. Refunds

• Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

5. Exchanges

6. Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is incorrect or defective
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund yet:

3. Contact your bank for further processing time
